Scott brings with him a wealth of expertise and industry experience. Scott has an impressive background in the facade and rendering sectors, having previously held significant roles at Kilsaren Facades and K Rend.

Before joining PRB, Scott served as the Business Development Manager at Kilsaren Facades, where he was responsible for expanding the company's market presence and fostering strong client relationships. His work at K Rend (Kilwaughter Minerals Ltd) as the Area Sales Manager for the North, and National Housebuilding and Specification Manager, further honed his skills in driving sales and promoting products in the region.

We're thrilled to have Scott as a valued member of the PRB team.

Having worked in the facades and render industry for 20 years, Graham brings with him a wealth of product knowledge and commercial experience. He holds an Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction (Masters Level) from Queens University Belfast.

In 16 years, Graham progressed from internal sales at Kilwaughter to Head of Sales. He was responsible for the growth of their three brands: K Rend, Kilwaughter Lime and K Systems. In 2018, he led on the integration of an acquisition of a significant GB render manufacturer, with an impressive multi-site operation and annual turnover in excess of £11m. Since leaving Kilwaughter in 2020, Graham has spent 3 ½ years at Kilsaran as Head of Sales for the KPRO Facades and Mortars division.

Outside of work, Graham enjoys competing in Hyrox races, as well as spending quality time with his family.

Graham is instrumental in the launch and development of the PRB Systems brand in Ireland, providing customers with the benefits of our wide range of high quality, sustainable solutions.

Iain started his career after school doing an NVQ Level 2 in Warehousing and Distributing for a Bathroom company.

From then, Iain went to a Bathroom Brassware Distribution company for a few years before moving onto Travis Perkins in 2004 as a yard man. Iain then worked his way up the ranks through each department from Yardman to driver operating a lorry mounted hiab. Then on to counter sales, Sales Rep, Key Account Executive, Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager over the course of a 13 year career.

From there, Iain then moved into the world of Renders and join Kilwaughter for 2 1/2 years before joining our team at PRB Systems.

Andrew Hill is one of the founders of PRB Systems, along with his son Ryan, making the company a family run organisation.
In 2018 Andrew and Ryan began talks with PRB France on the opportunity of becoming the UK division to the French manufacturer, after many successful meetings both in France and the UK, the partnership began.

Andrew has been in the construction industry for over 35 years, becoming a well known figure for his expertise and knowledge. In 1995, Andrew set up shop with his first business venture within the construction industry in the heart of Cheltenham. Providing machines, a small selection of tools, sand & cement render to a small customer base. The focus of the company was to become the industry leader in render and plaster machines, tools and materials within the construction industry.

Upon launching PRB Systems UK, Andrew and son Ryan strategically brought a new range of render materials into a busy UK render market. 3 years later, PRB materials are one of the most popular renders with contractors nationwide. Growing our team and customer base to keep up with demand.

Steve began his working life as a time served carpenter and joiner, gained a range of building qualifications and moved into construction management at an early stage, working on a diversity of projects from Homebase, Tesco supermarkets, holiday theme parks, housing developments to Peter Gabriels recording studios.

Looking for a change, Steve moved to Helifix and for the next 9 years acted as their Technical & Commercial Manager, gaining a vast amount of knowledge on masonry stabilisation and reinforcement in buildings and bridges both in the UK and globally.

In 2006, as their General Manager, Steve set up Parex Ltd selling the Parex range of renders developing it into a national brand, creating a comprehensive support structure to the render market over the next 14 years. Following the acquisition of the global Parex Group by the Sika Group Steve chose to take a short time out before joining our team at PRB Systems.

Steve has a wealth of technical and commercial knowledge to support our customer base with whatever substrate they wish to apply our renders and mortars to. Give him a call to help you with your projects.

Having spent over 30 years in the construction industry, starting with over 10 years at P&R Building Supplies, Steve has learnt a lot, from knowledge of products to transport and stock control. Steve then moved to D S Insulation Services for 22 years, gaining knowledge of the render market and dealing with Parex for over 12 years before switching over to PRB for a further 4 years. After this, Steve worked for SIG Loughborough where he continued selling PRB products and learning more about the wide range of products we offer.

Steve has always had an interest in the outdoors from a young age when he developed a passion for walking in the Yorkshire Moors/Dales - which he still enjoys visiting. He also likes to visit the Lake District as often as possible to relax and unwind, especially walking his dogs who have become a big part of his life (especially having spent the last 12 months training a pup for his other passion, shooting driven game and working in the field on shoot days).

Steve has also just finished a restoration on an old property - the fourth he's completed! During these projects, he's also learned and gained an even greater knowledge of the construction industry, having tried his hand at various trades.

Ryan started his involvement within the Render and Mortar Industry from a young age developing a huge passion for the Industry, working alongside his Fathers business learning about Rendering Machines, Material tolerances and applications.

After Ryan attended University, he officially joined the family business focusing on the distribution of Plastering & Rendering Materials, Machines and Tools along with developing a passion for sourcing new and improved products to market within the UK. Ryan has assisted brands such as NELA, EZE and M-tec become a strong competitor within the UK Plastering & Rendering Industry.

With over 12 Years’ experience, Ryan is now the Managing Director of PRB Systems for the UK and Ireland. He not only offers a wealth of knowledge, but is recognised in the industry for offering and ensuring that the highest quality products are delivered along with first class service and support.

Meet Kevin Farrell, our new Business Development Manager for the North West region at PRB Systems. With over 20 years of experience in sales, Kevin has worked in various roles across the globe, including in Tenerife, Greece, and the United States. He spent a decade in the telecommunications sector before moving into construction sales with Hilti GB. Kevin's customer-centric approach, fantastic reputation, and hardworking attitude make him a valuable asset to our team. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports such as golf, football, cricket, and running. We are excited to see him grow the PRB brand in his region and support our dedicated team's hard work.

Starting as young as 12 years old, Ryan helped out at his stepdad’s building company, learning the tricks of the trade from a young age. As he got older, he continued to support the business by carrying out odd jobs alongside the tradesmen in-between his A Levels. Ryan then moved to Bristol and kicked off a sales career, starting off on a fruit and veg stall which allowed him to experience the early starts most salesmen and woman encounter! After 18 months and a move back to Cardiff, Ryan began a 5 year career with City Electrical Supplies (CEF), supporting electricians in the South West region. Joining as a van driver and progressing to Branch Manager, Ryan was the youngest Branch Manager within the South Wales Group. A fantastic achievement!

Rugby is a big hobby for Ryan, playing for clubs around South Wales and Bristol most of his life. He has recently entered the world of golf in preparation for his rugby retirement.

Ryan joins PRB Systems from Cromwell Tools where he held the position of Sales Manager, managing a team of 8 employees across the Southwest Region. Cromwell Tools supplies all trades such as automotive, aerospace, and general manufacturing

Linden is a seasoned sales professional, with a diverse career spanning entrepreneurship and technical roles. Having worked for several years with Fassa UK, you can rest assured he's well versed in the world of external renders. Within this role, Linden was instrumental in managing key accounts, whilst providing support for high-profile construction projects.

Prior to this, Linden was involved in distribution and even owned his own business, showcasing his adaptability and commitment to professional growth. His career reflects a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and technical expertise, underscoring his ability to navigate various facets of the construction and building materials industry.

Matthew Hall is a seasoned sales and business development professional with over 15 years of experience driving growth and success across various industries. For the past five and a half years, Matthew has honed his expertise in the External Wall Insulation (EWI) industry, where he has consistently delivered outstanding results in client acquisition, strategic partnerships and revenue generation. His understanding of the EWI market, coupled with his extensive background in sales, enables him to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Before transitioning to the civilian sector, Matthew served in the Royal Navy, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline and strategic thinking. His military background instilled in him a relentless drive for excellence and a commitment to achieving objectives under pressure.

Matthew’s unique blend of industry knowledge, sales acumen and military experience makes him an asset to any organisation looking to expand its market presence and drive sustainable growth.

Morgan has now been part of the PRB team for the last 17 years as the Façade Sales Manager for the Normandy area. Most recently, Morgan has become the Export development Manager for the UK market

Coming from a background with housebuilder experience, Morgan is certainly very knowledgeable on construction methods, material tolerances and Rendering systems.

Morgan describes himself as a ‘Man of challenge’ – he is an extremely hard-working member of the PRB team and there is certainly no task too big or too small. He likes to carry the vision and the core values of PRB which has been created from them being a family run company.

He holds PRB very close to his heart and ensures everything he does, reflects the PRB brand in the right way and is always ensuring he makes the right contribution to the companies growth.

PRB FR and PRB UK:
Morgan is the link between France and the UK, carrying out the cross-cutting task to facilitate the business development of PRB in the UK market.

PRB were actively looking to develop the business in the UK and Morgan was set with the task to find the right partner for the UK business. After many months of meetings in both France and the UK, Morgan firmly believes that PRB definitely did find the best partner with Ryan Hill and his team. An easy comment to make in hindsight, but not obvious when you first met and you’re planning to start a relationship from scratch.

Very quickly it became clear that PRB and PRB UK were talking the same language and shared the same goals.
