This high-end Surrey property underwent a full façade restoration, overseen by Rossco Construction with the render applied by Monocouche Mick Ltd, a trusted PRB Pro-Contractor.
The previous cement render had been cracking and was poorly painted, detracting from the property’s elegance. The solution involved carefully removing the old render, repairing decorative features and applying a lime-based PRB system compatible with the original lime mortar construction.
The main elevations were finished with Belle Epoque Sous Enduit as the basecoat and Belle Epoque Finition in a scraped finish, providing a breathable, durable render with a refined, consistent texture. Primchaux PE was applied as a suction control coat, while decorative features were painted with a mineral paint system, preserving and highlighting the property’s architectural details. The colour used on this project is Aquitaine.
The result is a technically sound, specification-led restoration that combines longevity, performance and precision.
