PRB Imperfond
This is a private pool in Somerset where the pool render system had failed.
IRender Ltd installed the updated system following a PRB specification. The existing finishes was fully removed and then the application began with a bonding coat of PRB Latex Façade mixed with the waterproofing render PRB Imperfond in a white finish applied as a full bed slurry coat to the walls with an overlap linking detail to enable the floor to receive the same system once the walls had been completed. Whilst still wet, the first pass of PRB Imperfond was applied at a minimum of 10 mm thick and this was embedded with the Orange Mesh, with additional mesh included at corners and junctions for enhanced robustness. This was left to cure with a combed finish. This then received another 10 mm coat of Imperfond which was sponge finished and left as the natural white of the render. The pool floor was then completed in the same manner to complete the works with the overlapping linking junctions creating a fully waterproof solution.
The completed system delivers a robust, long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing pool solution. The expertise and precision of IRender Ltd ensured excellent results, providing a fabulous pool solution.
