Description

PRB COLOR ACRYL is an acrylic paint that is used on interior and exterior walls for new build and refurbishment applications.

Application is by hand or spray hopper gun and comes in a variety of colours. For information on substrates and further technical information, see the product data sheet.

Matching Paint to Monocouche Colours

It is important to note, although a standard range of colours are available throughout our product range, there can be noticeable differences due to the product and texture or the material. There is no cross-colour correlation between paint which uses man made organic colourants and mineral render which uses natural pigments. Because of this, any colour match between the two products will be a nearest match and therefore a variation in colour should be expected.

In addition, mineral render colours can vary due to many factors such as water content, time of scrape, drying times etc. which means a mineral render colour can vary if applied next to each other on different days or different times which is why we advise that an elevation should always be completed as one. Therefore a paint colour could also look different to two applied renders of the same shade.

In addition, other factors that can cause shade variations is the substrate finish. For example, a scraped finish will differ to a smooth finish.
