Description

PRB COL MONOFLEX HP is a very high performance, flexible, C2S1 ET classified adhesive mortar for bonding brick and stone slips and external tiling applications to a wide range of substrates, including being suitable for both public and private swimming pools.

Available in both white or grey.

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES

• Vitrified stoneware, enamelled or not.
• Porcelain stoneware.
• Natural stone (limestone, marble, granite etc*).
• Brick slips.
• Terracotta, glass paste faïence.
• Concrete
• Concrete floors of unheated buildings and over crawl spaces.
• Cement mortar screeds.
• Single layer cement mortar renders (class CS III and CS IV) PRB SC GRIS, PRB CLASSIC TAL, PRB FONDIMUR, PRB FONDISOL F.
• Sanded Liquid Sealing Systems.

FOR INTERIOR (REFER TO THE TILING PROCESS SHEETS):

• Minimum P3 class floor compounds.
• Plasterboards whether water repellent or not.
• Cellular aircrete concrete.
• Terracotta tile partitions.
• Low temperature, reversible and electric heated floors.
• Liquid cement screed(2).
• Anhydrite screed(3) with less than 0.5% moisture.
• Old adhesive tiles(1) (bonded or embedded).
• Old adherent and resistant paints(3).
• Rigid PVC tiles(1).
• Asphalt screeds(3).
• Water protection systems.
• Timber panels (CTBH, CTBX)(3).

* Use the white PRB COL MONOFLEX HP Blanc.

(1) The use of a primer to improve the preparation is optional.

(2) Primer optional, on condition that the surface condition is sound, cohesive and dust-free.

(3) After preparation and combined with PRB ACCROSOL AG or PRB ACCROSOL PLUS primer.

N.B.: The weight of the coverings is limited to 40 kg/m² on walls.

PRB COL MONOFLEX HP is also suitable to bond large sized tiles:

• Interior walls: up to 3600 cm²
• Exterior walls: up to 3600 cm²
• Interior floors: up to 3,600 cm² and 10,000 cm² for new build.
• Exterior floors: up to 3600 cm²
