We are delighted to welcome Luke Pickford to our team.

I’ve been in the render industry now for nearly 14 years and I’m glad to say I still hold very close relationships with people from the very first days.

I started my career within sales after completing my A-levels selling gas and electric door to door. From that very first job I was hooked with sales and marketing and being able to gain trust of complete strangers. I briefly moved away from sales in my early 20s and pursued a career within the hospitality industry.  There I worked my way up from bartender to general manager.

I’ve always loved working with people and gaining long term relationships.

I’m a father of 3. I have one daughter and two sons. During my free time I like to relax by, Shooting, Socialising, Fitness and most importantly, Spending time with the family

It wasn’t long before the craving of sales took over me once again and started working for a national insulation distributor. Here is where I found my passion and knowledge about rendering systems.

I took a company from being unknown within render market to the top selling distributor in the South West Region. From there I working for one of the market leading rendering manufacturers globally where I took my knowledge to new heights. From raw material to end user application I’m happy to say I can cater for all.

I am pleased to have joined the PRB Team after hearing so much about them, there is already a great team here in the UK and I am looking forward to adding to that.
